We go to the San Francisco at least once a month, and it is a frequent request from our toddler. As the previous reviewer noted, there are outdated sections of the zoo and these are a little sad. But the positives outweigh this, in my opinion. The giraffe and zebra exhibit is terrific, and the children's zoo is really accessible and fun for small ones. The playground provides a break for kids who need a change of activity. Membership is probably a good deal if you go just a few times a year. Get there when the gates upon on the weekend to be assured of parking.
